Structural Bodywork and Massage has profoundly impacted my life, and I am passionate about providing the same opportunity for my clients. After graduating from the Cortiva Institute for Massage Therapy in 2022, I started my own practice servicing the Greater Richmond area. Throughout my career, my appreciation for biomechanics, posture, and pain-free movement has deepened, leading me to expand my expertise and enroll in the Structural Integration at Anatomy Trains program in 2024. I am projected to complete the program in early 2027.
